Poker Chips
You’ll obviously need poker chips to practice the poker chip tricks. I have a set of 11.5 gram “Deluxe Diamond” style poker chips. They have a nice feel to them and have held up well for me so far. Other sites around the Internet have some great information about poker chips, so here are a few links:

I’ve been using the same chips here on my desk for months and they only thing that really happens is the sharp edges start to become a bit rounded. They hold up really well.

I’ve always been curious about the condition and shape of what the (home) poker chips look like after hours of usage, especially poker chip tricks…never see it on poker chip review sites…how about photos of your chips?
