    I don’t recomend playing with anything heavier than 11.5grams. Many poker chips coming out are getting even heaver, some as high as 14 grams. In my opinion this is far too much. If you can play with a 9 or 10 gram chip…do so. It is as close to a casino chip as possible, as clay chips can only weight up to a certain amount. As far as materials goes, always try to go with clay or clay-composite, plastic is too slippery and won’t work as well. Happy chip tricking!!

    I like 11.5 gram chips and I use composite. Once a nice clay set is broken in those probably would work the best though.

    Which chip weight is the best for chip tricks? As well as type: clay, composit, weighted?
