Impress your friends

You can always impress your friends by doing something that they can’t do. The more poker chip tricks you learn, the more they’ll be impressed. They’ll even ask you to teach them a few tricks.

Intimidation

I’ve never really bought this. You might be able to intimidate another player at a poker table once in a great while, but anyone that plays on a regular basis has seen the tricks.

Improve your table image

Other poker players will notice you doing poker chip tricks. If you know several different tricks, it gives them the impression you’ve been around a poker table and you feel comfortable. They might not try moves on you that they will on the player to your right asking if three of a kind beats two pair.

Keep boredom away

There are times when poker can get boring. Doing poker chip tricks helps you maintain a routine at the poker table. It keeps you focused.

Increase the flexibility and strength of your fingers

I don’t know what this does for you, but it sounds good.
