Chip Roll
Another Dutch Boyd trick displayed during the 2003 and 2004 World Series of Poker episodes. This is a neat trick because each poker chip actually loses contact with your hands while being executed.
Before you begin
Trick Difficulty - 2
Chips needed - 3 or more
Tutorial
Hold the chip between your thumb and index finger so that they are perpendicular to your fingers. Line the rest of your fingers up against the index finger. Place your hand on the table so that the pinky is on the table and the rest of the hand is at a 45 degree angle to the table.
One by one you will release the pressure that your thumb places on each chip, starting with the chip closest to the finger tips. As you release pressure, the chip will roll down the rest of the ringer. As each chip hits the pinky it will almost get shot outwards so that it rolls in a straight line. Let the chips roll for a bit and catch them with your other hand before they roll into someone else’s stack of chips.
I have to admit that I never practice this trick because it takes a soft table surface to get a good roll. Since I haven’t tried it many times, I can’t advise as to the best way to catch the chips after they roll out.

Well, the difficulty depends on the chips weight…

Easy. Maybe it’s because I have a poker table? Idk, but this came really e-z to me!

You can also do this trick on a foam mousepad. It works really good. You can also lift your hand up of the table as long as it is at a 45 degree angle. This website is the best.

i found this trick really easy, and if the chips slip out then try to practise the trick on a grippy surface, not smooth,
i also started messing around with the trick and started doing it reverse
by dropping the chips onto the backside of my pinky finger then quickly lifting my ring finger out of the way

I cant catch them, so what I do is just let em hit my hand and fall over if you do it right they can go into an almost perfect stack
