Phil Ivey Stepup by Dennis Saunders - Pull chips from a stack and restack them with the same hand without the chips ever touching the felt. The poker chip tricks is named after Phil Ivey because he is seen doing the trick quite often.
Tutorial
- You want to start out with a large stack of chips (about 20).
- Grip the chip stack with your middle finger at 11 o’clock, your ring finger at 2, your pinky at 5, and your thumb at 9.
- Cut the top four or five chips off the top and hold them with just the middle, ring, and pinky fingers.
- Move those directly to the right, and hold them as if you were going to set them down.
- @ith your index finger and thumb, pick up 4 or 5 more chips, moving them onto the stack that you are still holding with your middle, ring, and pinky fingers.
- Move the stack back to the main pile of chips.
- Keep repeating the process. You are just stepping up the chips onto the pile.
